Completely totally and utterly obsessed with Sara Bareilles lately. I've always thought she was amazing. Her power through lyrics blows me away time after time. She's definitely another one of those artists that gets deep down in my soul and just, understands.

Today is my last day at work for the week, actually until next Tuesday and that fact is enough to make me happy even if I do have to sit through a grueling day. I'm excited to kick off this week's festivities. It's rainy here in New York today and that makes me sad. Rain is only good when I have the day off and can spend the morning lying in bed listening to the patter of raindrops mix with the music filtering from my speakers. I have a rainy day mix, you gotta have a rainy day mix. Do you?
